Requirements:
• College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Age between 25 to 40 years-old (for particularly deserving cases older people will be taking in consideration too)
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Italian and other language are appreciated
Responsibilities:
• Team leading and coordination
• Job supervision of the on board team
• Ideation of the offers and packages of services and products to be promoted to clients
• Public relations with passengers
• Stay at the reception to answer to passengers and take appointments
• Check and assure an excellent service to the passenger
• Management of the appointments’ agenda
• Accounts management
• Management of the relationships with the on board authorities and with the other departments of the ship.
• Management of the stocks of the store
• Attainment of the target
