Job Description:
Prepare scope of work document
Prepare methodology of works and schedule considering the SIMOPS manual and offshore operational and logistical constraints.
Prepare estimated bill of quantities
Participate in technical evaluation of proposals.
Participate in TRA reviews
Act as Company supervisor at site during the execution of works.
Review Contractor deliverables and ensure compliance to the scope and Company / International standards.
Witness the works at site and ensure timely execution of the works per the Plan.
Update project progress along the execution period.
Coordinate with TPI and Contractor to ensure that quality is maintained at all times.

Six years total experience, maximum 12 years.
Four years experience in Engineering, Design, and Construction of its discipline field.
Two years experience in Proposals for engineering Studies and EPC Projects.
Experience in engineering/consulting companies dealing in oil and gas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Proposal preparation (DE & EPC Project) and support to lead proposals Engineer and Proposals Manager for the coordination/compilation of Proposals/ pre – qualification Dossier.
Liaises with PDM and BDSM for the preparation of the Contractual and commercial qualifications and ensures their integration with the Proposal.
Act as point of reference for the CFT requirement s of proposal in terms of the contents of technical and commercial proposal submission date, etc.
Ensure the timely submission of the proposal, organizes the logistics, dispatch and compilation associated with the submission.
