Jobs Objective:
Showroom Helper / Tea Boy are those who look after the cleaning of Showroom and preparation of hot drinks & cold drinks.
Responsibilities:
Always come 1st trip to the Showroom
Once arrive, have to open the door, switch on the AC and lights except Halogen lights
Clean all the areas in the Showroom (upstairs, downstairs) and Back office – maintain cleanliness in our showroom and office all the time
Mop/clean the floors
Clean the entrance door handles
Do not use any cleaning liquid in the chrome items on display (mixers, sinks, etc)
Use proper cleaning cloth for mixers, glasses, etc. to make sure not to scratch any items when cleaning
Close the back door of the store at all times Switch off Showroom Lights before leaving for lunch
Properly lock the doors during break hours (12:30pm-4:00pm)
Assist Showroom Personnel especially when these are items that need to be lifted or assigned given job
Not allowed to stay in the Stock Room unless during Break Time only or one of our personnel asked you to do important task
Report to immediate superior or Managing Director once finished the task assigned
Clean all toilets including the floor and the walls before leaving at night
Keep all the keys together
Knowledge in preparing and serving tea, coffee, hot drinks & cold drinks for our guest, visitors, managers, staff
Earphones / headsets are not allowed during working hours
