Saviour Med International Placement, Inc., is a duly incorporated recuitment agency and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to engange in the recruitment and deployment of qualified Filipino overseas workers to serve the manpower demands of foreign employers. Established in September, 2004 SaviourMed International Placement, Inc., has deployed more than 700 highly competent and medically qualified Filipino overseas workers for its foreign employers/principals abroad, or more than 100% of the 2-year deployment quota required by POEA. Our deployed workers consist of nurses and allied medical workers, engineers, factory workers, household and construction workers.
Presently, our company maintains a roster of foreign employers from Singapore, Australia, Kuwait, Taiwan and United Arab Emirates, servicing their manpower needs for professional, skilled and semi-skilled workers. Recruitment agreements are being finalized in the United State and European markets. Our recruitment activities are geared towards building employment-based partnerships between and among our accredited employers and our recruited overseas workers, at the same time ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations and policies of the philippines and country of employment. An extensive manpower pood data-base with easy access to skills-matching enables out company to address the immediate manpower needs of out employers. Observance of the minimum terms and conditions in overseas employments contracts, and continuing negotiations for country-based, fair and favorable employment terms for our recruits, sevice to guarantee faithful compliance with their contacts, and minimize if not eliminate employments-related claims.
SaviourMed International Placement, Inc., operates through a complement of dedicated and English-proficient officers and personnel with extensive experience in recruitment. Periodic participations in staff development programs ensure that our staff are kept track of the latest policies on the overseas employment program.
