1. Position: Senior Care Assistants
Location: UK
We are currently inviting student applicants to go to the UK on an initial 2 year student visa during which time they will undertake NVQ Level 3 & 4 qualifications (From Care Giver Courses Graduate, Nurses who are currently registered with the Filipino Nursing Council and who have had at least six months post qualification work experience). Once an applicant has achieved their intended qualification (i.e. NVQ Level 3 or 4), they could then apply to take the next level of qualification, should they wish to do so. An applicant successfully gaining NVQ Level 3 can apply to extend their visa to allow them to take NVQ Level 4 and the Registered Managers Award (a further 2 to 3 years course)
All these qualifications are work related and competence based – there are no formal examinations – just regular assessments by a government registered training organization. The student MUST leave the UK at the end of their studies and or on the expiry of their visa. They can then apply for a work permit through a sponsorship for jobs in the UK which require NVQ Level 3 or above which will be at a management level with earnings of £20,000GBP per annum and above.
English NVQs are internationally recognized qualifications
Contract Duration 2 years per course: NVQ3 ? NVQ4
Care Assistant to Senior Care Assistant to Managerial
Annual Salary £11,500 – £14,500 but not below the minimum wage set by UK law
Hourly Rate £5.73 – £7.00
Net monthly Approximately £700 – £1000 = P70,000.00 -P100,000.00
Typical Rent £50 – £70 per week
Work involved Looking after the elderly and people with learning disabilities.
Reference Must provide 2 references that worked in this set up
Reporting to Nurse in charge (Nursing Home) or Manager (Residential Care Home)
English As guideline must have equal to IELTS 5.5 band
After course May be allowed to Stay with sponsorship
Course Benefits UK qualification will allow you to immigrate to CANADA/AUSTRALIA/USA & Europe (Blue card)
Relatives & Friends If you have relatives or friends that willing to write a letter of support it may act as a bonus for Visa Application
Selection Criteria :
1.Diploma/degree holder in any allied medical field (Nurses, under board RN, PT & Midwifery and Care giver courses passers) with minimum one month working experience, an advantage with elderly set up.
2.Proficient in English (speaking & writing skills equivalent to IELTS band of 5.5)
3.Two references (must be on employer’s letterhead)
4.NBI and medical exam tests
5.Valid Passport
Applicants not having all of the above requirements need not apply
Plus factors: (criteria not required but an advantage)
1.Below 32 years old
2.Taller than 5 ft. 2 in.
3.Undergone caregiver training course if no degree was obtained
