• Willing to travel for 40 % of his time

• Very experienced in building SAP blueprint
• People manager
• Experience to manage several projects at the same time (approved in the past)
• Coaching other technical participants
• Assist the HRM in the technical interviews, evaluations, etc of the other employees
• Assist the HRM in the building of the education plan
• Fluent in English and at least 1 other local language.
• More local languages are a nice to have.
• Must have international experience (Europe preferred)
• No 9 to 5 mentality
• Team player

2. Position: HR Manager

Job Descriptions:
• The HR Manager must have the following profile: -Evaluation of the profiles we receive from MRA
• Handle the employee evaluations who are made in Europe in case for consultants from ADS who are been evaluated during their work in Europe
• Set up employee strategy in the Philippines following the local laws – Advice and inform the OM about legal employee matters
• She or He must have at least 10 years op HRM experience in an ICT service company
• Manage all the necessary paperwork (legal as non-legal) – Responsible for team building
• Create, implement and manage a salary policy in cooperation with the OM
• Create, implement and implement an education strategy in cooperation with the OM
• Create, implement and implement a retention strategy in cooperation with the OM
• Able to represent ADS at intern and extern HR matters
• Fluent in English and at least 1 other local language.

3.Position: HVAC Engineer

• Capable to erect as head of a team, cold rooms of any sizes
• Responsible for after sales service.
• Can trouble shoot and can do installation of domestic and commercial air conditioning units.

4. Position:BID Manager

Job Description:
• The BM is responsible for answering all the RFP’s and willing to participate in SAP projects.
• He must have the following skills and experiences.
• At least 10 years experience in a similar function in a software service company and SAP (medium and large projects)
• Several years experience as BM or a similar function
• Very good SAP overview knowledge and an in dept knowledge of some SAP modules
• He must have both technical and functional knowledge of SAP
• Assist the HRM to make the forecast for the profiles needed in the near future in function of the needs that he defines in his answers on the RFP’s
• Coach in a non-line situation pre-sales who have to participate in answering RFP’s
• Very experienced in building SAP blueprint
• Team player – Perfect in English (reading and writing) and at least 1 other local language.
• More local languages are a nice to have. – Must have international experience (Europe preferred)
