Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of meals, basic dish washing duties on occasion, food handling and storage of food and kitchen supplies in accordance with DOEH standards.
• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area and kitchen equipment to meet DOEH and employer standards.
• Securing food and kitchen equipment when on shift at night.
• Salary to be determined based on the applicant and their experience.
• Candidate will receive health benefits immediately and pension benefits after 9 months.
• Basic staff housing will also be provided as will staff meals.
