Should you wish to apply for a position, please feel free to submit the following documents:
• Resume (indicating the position applied)
• University/college transcript of records and diploma
• Copy of birth certificate
• Two (2) photos (whole body and passport size)
• Copy of valid passport
• Copy of police clearance
• Reference letter(s) from previous employer(s)
• For those who have not completed the Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 72 units is required and at least one year of paid experience or training certificate in the field of your preferred employment.

Duration of processing:

It usually takes about 6 months after submission of application to acquire validation from the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) for your prospective employer and the corresponding job offer for you.

The approved job validation and employer – employee contract are among the vital requirements in applying a Working Visa pursuant to CIC implementing guidelines.

Once the application kit is completed, send it to the nearest Canadian Consulate from where you live and you will receive a notice of interview. Upon interview, you will be informed or receive a notice of whether a visa has been granted to you. In some cases, it may take about 1 month or less.

You are now eligible to work in Canada. We will send you by e-mail, fax or mail a guide of how to prepare to come to Canada.
You are expected to arrive in Canada 1-2 months after the interview date.

The total time for this whole process is approximately 6 to 12 months depending on the processing time of the Canadian Consulate from your point of origin.
