The work is often seasonal in nature, but we also have more long term roles as well. We place participants on a variety of fruit, Vegetable and salad farms, the majority of this work is manual harvesting work.
Farmjobsllc.com was founded in 2003 by the Farm Jobs LLC Company that saw there was a need for new solutions to source seasonal labor. In 2004 we were appointed a SAWs operator (Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme), and we now supply over 8000 workers to farms in the United States. We are a Huge team of people that are passionate about what we do and have hands on experience in the production and harvesting of crops as well as farm administration and marketing. We understand that farming doesn’t keep 9-5 hours, that’s why we pride ourselves on being available for our clients.
Our core business is the supply of Farm worker’s and seasonal harvest labor, but we are also able to provide a PAYEE service, accommodation solutions, and skilled candidates for both seasonal and long term roles. We also provide speed training for pickers to help increase farm productivity and lower costs.
