- Male
- Not more than 35 years old
- No specific requirements for education
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience
- Have an experience working in a five star establishment or hotel
- Knowledgeable in mixing cocktails and preparing alcoholic beverages of some kind, such as beer both draft and bottled
- Wine and or cocktails as well as soft drinks or other non-alcoholic beverages
- Knowledge in flaring is an advantage
