To lead, plan, organize and coordinate instrument team in performing design and analysis to meet design specifications.
To monitor and design progress and take the appropriate action as to achieve the budgeted design costs within schedule.
To monitor, maintain and develop good documentation control as to mean of measuring the effective implementation of engineering procedure.
To liaise with client/s, other engineering disciplines and department for the necessary interface control e.g. IDC and coordination to attain the assigned objectives with the desired results.
To monitor and coordinate the instrument material takes off to meet specification with schedule for quality output.
To develop and monitor weight control report and ship-loosed list throughout the period
To monitor and ensure that any drawing generated by the drafting section is properly established to reflect the required design details and to good engineering practice
To monitor the technical evaluation on any tender document/quotation submitted by vendor
To monitor and compile as built document for final documentation.
To produce and verify loop drawings
To produce and verify panel wiring/termination drawings
